1. What Only Be God Is

Only Be God is a platform for sharing and reading Christian testimonies — personal accounts of what people believe God has done in their lives. It is free to use.

2. Your Account

• You need an account to submit a testimony, react to one, or see the full testimonies board.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough, under the law where you live, to consent to using an online service like this one.

3. Your Content

When you submit a testimony, you retain ownership of it. By posting it, you give Only Be God a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute and store it on the platform (including on your church's testimony page, if you associate one) for as long as it remains published, or until you delete it or your account.

You confirm that what you share is your own genuine story, or that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn't expose someone else's personal information without their consent.

4. Content Guidelines

When sharing a testimony or interacting on the platform, you agree not to:

• Post content that is false or intentionally misleading.
• Harass, defame, or threaten another person.
• Share someone else's personal or identifying information without their consent.
• Post spam, advertising, or promotional content unrelated to a genuine testimony.
• Post content that is hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

You can flag content that breaks these guidelines using Report a Testimony.

5. Moderation

We may review, hide, or remove any testimony or account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You can edit or delete your own testimonies at any time; we may also do so on your behalf if requested, or where content breaches these terms.

6. Not Professional Advice

Testimonies shared on Only Be God are personal accounts and expressions of faith. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and we don't verify the factual claims within them. If you're facing a health, legal, or financial situation, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Only Be God is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform running reliably and to moderate content fairly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will meet these guidelines at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on content posted by other users.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Testimonies already published remain on the site, no longer linked to a deleted account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Only Be God after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
